Reeds Rains Chesterfield are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our established office, working closely alongside a strong Lettings Manager to drive overall branch performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated estate agency professional who understands that winning instructions is only part of the job.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the front, builds momentum within a team, and takes pride in running a well-performing branch.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the overall success of the Chesterfield branch across sales and lettings, partnering with the Lettings Manager to ensure we provided the best customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing the branch team
• Driving instructions, pipeline growth and income across sales and lettings
• Working collaboratively with the Lettings Manager to manage portfolio performance and reduce vacancy levels
• Building strong relationships with landlords, vendors and buyers
• Monitoring branch KPIs and delivering against targets
• Coaching team members to improve conversion and customer experience
• Maintaining compliance and operational standards

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong estate agency experience and a passion for leadership, teamwork and results.

You’ll likely have:

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager
• A good understanding of lettings and the importance of vacancy management
• Proven ability to drive instructions and grow market share
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
