What You’ll Be Doing

As a Lettings Manager, you’ll be leading a brilliant team, smashing targets, growing the business and delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.

Your day-to-day might include:

• Leading your team to hit their targets
• Business generation and conducting lettings appraisals
• Building great relationships with clients and the local community
• Coaching and mentoring staff (because you're only as good as your team)
• Driving new business and promoting the Reeds Rains brand
• Keeping abreast of property legislation and compliance

What You’ll Need

• Experience in Lettings (Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager, or Manager level
• Strong leadership skills – in coaching, motivating, and inspiring
• Commercial know-how and a drive to grow business
• Confident communication and top-notch customer service
• The ability to travel to properties to conduct appointments on a regular basis
